After 27 years at Slater & Gordon (formerly Russell Jones & Walker) latterly as Associate (Litigation Executive) I left to set up my own company that would provide consultancy based services primarily to the Legal Profession. Prior to that I worked at Rowley Ashworth, Lawfords and Evill & Coleman where I started my legal career as an outdoor clerk just before my 16th birthday.

Who inspires you?
People from all walks of life inspire me especially those that have achieved the most that they are capable of given their particular circumstances and opportunities.
I have run cases everywhere including the House of Lords and Court of Appeal. I have dealt with just about every conceivable type of serious injury but have specialised in police injury related claims throughout the majority of my career. I have represented Professional Footballers, been instructed privately by Queens Counsel and acted and advised most Unions/ Membership organisations throughout my career.

Hobbies and interests
After a lengthy cricket career where I opened the batting and kept wicket I now settle for the more leisurely pace of golf. I am a deputy registrar for Oldham Council where I undertake wedding ceremonies and am a Trustee of the Life for a Life Memorial Forests Charity.
