I joined Ralli Ltd 10 years ago as a Solicitor and became an Associate Solicitor in 2010, previously qualifying as a barrister. I have specialised in personal injury throughout that time, helping the victims of accidents recover the compensation they deserve. Indeed all our lawyers are experts in their chosen field.
I enjoy the challenge of a varied caseload and having the opportunity to deal with more complex and high value cases. Our ethos at Ralli Ltd is to offer the best service to our clients, achieving the very best results whilst ensuring clients are supported and advised every step of the way. All new starters will receive a comprehensive induction at the start of their employment to help familiarise them with their role and the firm’s systems, policies and procedures.
We believe that learning is a continuous process that extends beyond induction. We know that to provide the best possible service to our clients, all of our staff must have the right knowledge and skills.
- A range of internal and external training courses designed to keep you up to date with changes in the legal sector, best practice, practical know how and assist you in meeting your CPD requirements.
- Mandatory training – compulsory training that must be undertaken by all staff at the start of employment and refreshers repeated at prescribed intervals e.g. data protection, equality and diversity, money laundering and Bribery Act updates.
- Annual appraisal and regular 1:1 or supervision allows you to set both personal and professional development objectives and identify a plan of action to achieve these objectives. We encourage our staff members to shape their own development in order to reach their goals.
- On the job development and coaching to enable you to continually learn, develop and improve.
