The Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) is a not for profit organisation, established over 20 years ago to support injured people by fighting for their rights and campaigning for access to justice. As an accredited member of the scheme we’ve made a commitment to stay up to date with all the latest legal developments and training programmes in order to deliver the best possible outcome for our clients.
Our Managing Director, Martin Coyne, is a Trustee of BASIC (Brain and Spinal Injury Centre); a national charity that provides counselling, rehabilitation and support to people affected by brain and spinal injuries.
Martin has been a Trustee of BASIC for over ten years and is committed to the work of the charity in helping rebuild lives following acquired brain injury.
Ralli Solicitors are members of the BASIC Panel of Solicitors which demonstrates our proven expertise in dealing with brain and spinal injury compensation claims.
Ralli Solicitors are proud to run an exclusive personal injury compensation scheme approved and recommended by the Ministry of Defence (MoD). The Third Party Accident Scheme (TOPAS) is available to all service personnel and their families and friends when injured by a negligent third party (someone other than the MoD) in the course of duty.
We are delighted to have been awarded Lexcel accreditation – the Law Society’s quality mark for excellence.
We’re thrilled to have retained this accreditation for the last three years by successfully passing an annual independent review and rigorous assessment, which demonstrates our consistently high operating efficiencies, client services and risk management.
Ralli Solicitors and its dedicated team of experts are proud to support the Law Society, which campaigns on behalf of the profession on topics of importance across the legal sector. The Law Society, which is the representative body for solicitors in England and Wales, works to influence the government, parliament and key decision makers on behalf of its members.
Headway is the UK’s leading charity for people with an acquired brain injury. They provide support, services and information to people affected by a brain injury and their families. Ralli Solicitors have been supporting Headway for a number of years now and hold a corporate membership with them, which demonstrates our expertise in dealing with brain injury compensation claims. Our relationship has been further strengthened by working in partnership with our local Headway charity shop, supporting them with their fundraising campaigns, promoting brain injury awareness and providing specialist advice and support to people in the unfortunate position of dealing with an acute brain injury.
Ralli Solicitors is a founding member of the Access to Justice (A2J Ltd) organisation, a body set up to protect access to justice for people injured through no fault of their own. Represented by organisations, representative bodies, law firms and other businesses that support injured people, A2J Ltd campaigns against the Government’s justice reforms and legislative changes; providing a unified voice to safeguard the rights of injured victims.
Solicitors Regulation Authority is the independent body of the Law Society of England and Wales. Being regulated by the SRA, we adhere to a strict code of conduct and are dedicated to providing the best advice and service to our clients.
