Adrian is a Director of Ralli Ltd Solicitors, specialists in personal injury and medical negligence litigation. He is also the Head of Corporate Law at Ralli Solicitors LLP in Manchester, overseeing the work of the commercial, partnership and employment departments. He also draws on his vast experience in tax planning and trusts for the benefit of business clients and their families. Having acquired knowledge and legal expertise in company and partnership law, contract law, property law and construction over the course of a career spanning 34 years, Adrian is legal adviser to the boards of private companies across the transport, manufacturing, financial services, advertising and property and construction sectors.

His legal career commenced with Linder Myers in Manchester where he worked in the Company Law Department. After joining Ralli in 1979 (then called Betesh Fox and Co), it was Adrian’s remit to build up the commercial practice of that firm – which he has done successfully.

Prior to taking up his legal career he undertook a position with the international development organisation Voluntary Services Overseas in Papua New Guinea which achieved independence during his tour of duty. Adrian was a teacher of English and Commerce at a leading secondary school, worked as an examination marker and also had responsibility for the sports fields and the school library.

Adrian has made contributions to magazines, newspapers and radio broadcasts, served for five years as a non-executive director of a local NHS Foundation Trust Hospital from 2008 – 2013 and as well as attending all board meetings, he served on the Audit, Corporate Governance and Stakeholder Engagement Committees and attended public meetings on behalf of the trust.

Adrian now concentrates on corporate and partnership law specialising in providing services for professional practices such as solicitors, accountants and doctors. He lectures throughout the UK on this area of practice.
