Deryn joined Ralli Solicitors Legal Apprenticeship Scheme in October 2015. She works in the Personal Injury Team as an Apprentice Paralegal, gaining important experience whilst studying towards her CILEx qualification, in order to qualify as a solicitor. She undertakes a variety of different tasks from liaising with clients to update them on each stage of their claim, contacting third party insurers, sending medical reports and arranging rehabilitation to accommodate a speedy recovery for each client.
Deryn is responsible for submitting claims and interviewing clients and witnesses in order to draft key legal documents as cases progress.
As well as using the expertise of our experienced team of solicitors, Deryn applies the knowledge obtained from her studies to conduct legal research and quantify claims; achieving the best possible outcome for our clients.
Currently training in the following:
- accidents at work (employers’ liability)
- accidents in public places or areas (occupiers’ liability and public liability)
- road traffic accidents.

Why did you join Ralli Solicitors?
I joined Ralli Solicitors in order to pursue a vocational route into law, rather than go to university.

The people I work with at Ralli Solicitors and the people I study with at Manchester Metropolitan University inspire me to work hard and stay dedicated in everything I do. I am also inspired by our clients who have been wronged through no fault of their own, and I take great satisfaction in working alongside our solicitors who are fighting for the best results for them.
