Vicky Hewes is a Solicitor in the Medical Negligence Team at Ralli Solicitors and provides support to the Head of Medical Negligence.
Vicky joined Ralli Solicitors in May 2016, having over 4 years of previous medical negligence experience. Prior to joining us, Vicky worked at Fletchers Solicitors where she commenced as a paralegal before progressing to a training contract and then subsequently qualifying as a Solicitor. As part of her training contract Vicky undertook seats in the court of Protection Team and Costs. Vicky has dealt with a vast number of medical negligence cases including delay in diagnosis, misdiagnosis, prescription errors, poor surgical technique, dental claims and care home claims.
Prior to this Vicky volunteered with AvMA in their new enquiry team. This allowed her to understand how they work and to gain experience prior to deciding which path her career would take. Having started at AvMA, Vicky knew that medical negligence was the area of law for her.
